  • Improved Layout & Navigation: Our redesigned forms now utilise a two-column format, making optimal use of modern widescreen monitors. Enjoy intuitive swipe-to-action methods and revamped form inputs like switches, sliders, and date/time selectors.
  • Standard and Advanced Views: Tailor your view! Opt for a simplified interface for quick tasks or switch to the “Advanced” view to delve into comprehensive configurations when needed.
  • Simplified Settings: We’ve decluttered the interface by concealing some default destination options in “Route To” numbers and “Forward To” extension settings, allowing you to focus on primary features.
  • Modern Code: Experience a smoother, faster portal compatible with the latest web browsers.
  1. Supercharged Provisioning & Management:
  • Effortless Yealink Provisioning: Setting up Yealink phones just became a breeze! Simply select Yealink as the model and enter the MAC address within the user’s extension settings – Ntalk automatically updates Yealink’s Redirection Service. No more manual steps!
  • Voicemail Transcriptions: Boost productivity by having voicemails automatically transcribed and sent directly to your inbox. Quickly prioritise and respond without needing to listen to every message. (This valuable feature is available for just £0.50 per month, per mailbox.)
  • Multiple Cloud Phonebook Updates: We’ve rolled out over 10 new features to enhance how you organise and manage your phonebook entries.
  • Powerful Provisioning System Updates: Expect greater control, flexibility, and an improved user experience with a series of upcoming enhancements to our core provisioning system.
  • Terminology Update: To better reflect modern usage, “Telephone lines” are now referred to as “Extensions.”

  1. Enhanced Security & Accessibility:
  • Microsoft Sign-In: Simplify portal access and bolster security by using your existing Microsoft account to log in.
  • API Key for Enhanced Security: Generate a one-time API Key for API requests, eliminating the need to use your main login credentials – a simpler, safer way to protect your data.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Add an extra layer of security to your account. If enabled, a one-time code will be emailed to the user upon each login attempt.

  1. Streamlined Billing & Resources:
  • Automated TDR Downloads: Simplify your billing with a monthly CSV file detailing service charges and pricing. Files can also be conveniently emailed or sent via FTP. (Guides and file specifications are available for download!)
  • Integrated Help Button: Stuck on a page? Each section now features a dedicated help button directing you to relevant online resources in our installation and programming guides.
  • Documentation Tab for Marketing Collateral: Access a wealth of marketing materials to help you promote and support your telephony services. White-label partners receive fully branded collateral, while non-branded partners get the full unbranded arsenal.
