NTA have a service for our Hosted Telephony partners called the Hosted Virtual Network Operator (HVNO). The service is designed to create a platform which all of our resellers can brand as their own, including giving them their own domain pointed to the portal, giving the service a 100% White-Labelled appearance.
The NTA service team then work in the background to support the resellers to ensure the service delivers the reliability expected from traditional PBX’s, with support delivered 24/7, 365 days a year. The platform, owned and operated by NTA, has over 500 features as standard including Voicemail, Voicemail to Email, Call Queuing, Hunt Groups and IVRs. More sophisticated features such as Wallboards, CRM Integration and a Dialer which can be connected to the TPS service are also available.
What sets us apart from other hosted providers?
Rather than charging you a monthly fee for every extension added to our platform, we charge based on the concurrent calls needed across all your customers at any one point.
When you used to sell a telephone system for an office of 30 people, you might have worked on a 3:1 ratio, which means you would need about 10 channels of an ISDN 30. Why then, when selling hosted, would we need to work differently, we don't say: ‘Right, there’s your 30 extensions and here are your 30 simultaneous calls’?
The NTA way, on day one, you would sign up to 10 concurrent calls, which gets you to around 120 extensions. You can then go up to 20 channels, which gets you to 400 extensions, and to 30 channels, which, at the optimum ratio of 25:1, gets you to 750 extensions. The resellers we speak to often find it difficult at the point of sale because customers have more information than ever before. If you are selling them a handset for X and they can see the same handset online at a cheaper price it then becomes a sticking point and partners invariably revert to cost cutting to get the deal over the line. The customer won’t understand the difference between the models or the provisioning process, they just see a price.
We have enabled partners to deliver their own branded handsets which won’t be found anywhere else. It doesn’t matter where the customers look, the only place they will find that handset, which the partner can call whatever they want, is on that particular partner’s website. It’s a great value add.
