7 August 2025

Our annual partner event, Connect at the Castle, returning to the breathtaking Peckforton Castle, transformed into the realm for our “Game of Phones” theme. We set the stage for a day of connection, innovation, and unforgettable celebration. As partners arrived to our noble gathering, they were greeted by the friendly NTA team, presented with their exclusive goodie bags, and ready to see what new alliances and technologies would be unveiled.

Dual Commitment: Quality and Security Secured

With the strength of last year’s EOT firmly in place, this year’s presentation focused squarely on growth, development, and securing the future realm of NTA.

The conference started with the news of our dual certification achievements: ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security). This accomplishment demonstrates our unwavering commitment to both consistently delivering the highest quality services and maintaining the most rigorous standards for data protection and security, foundations upon which all our partner relationships are built.

This was followed by a comprehensive recap of a successful year, highlighting the significant enhancements to our Ntalk hosted platform, which is our digital fortress. Partners were excited to hear about.

  • Enhanced security features like Multi-Factor Authentication and Microsoft Sign-In improvements for automatic cloud phonebook updates.
  • The launch of Voicemail Transcriptions saves users valuable time. This is one step in a broader effort to implement AI into our hosted portal, providing significant additional value.
  • Enhanced Yealink Provisioning allows users to simply select the model, enter the MAC address and serial number, and our portal takes care of the rest.
  • The ability to download white-labelled sales materials and interactive user guides directly from the portal.

The Power of MobeX: Unveiling a Product Ecosystem

The central focus of the day was the rapid expansion and power of the MobeX Suite, demonstrating its evolution into a robust, integrated ecosystem ready for any business challenge or market demand.

A major announcement was the official launch of the brand new MobeX Touch device. Partners got an up-close and personal demo of this key innovation in our endpoint portfolio, which generated considerable interest on the day. Following this unveiling, we showcased the evolution of our software solutions, including:

      • MobeX 4Teams: We detailed this solution, which allows partners to fully integrate our services within the Microsoft Teams environment, offering true Unified Communications flexibility.
      • MobeX Web: Showcased improvements, including an enhanced layout, valuable user information presence cards, more intuitive ways to make calls, chat, and video calling, plus new Custom CLI and Custom Board, where you can add colleagues to groups for easier and quicker viewing.
      • MobeX+ Mobile: Partners learned that key features such as an improved interface, video calling, improved Bluetooth, and more have been added to the mobile app, mirroring the MobeX Web experience for a better mobile journey.
      • MobeX UC Reintroduction: After being a simple dialpad, MobeX UC is now a fully working, standalone application product, offering a browserless experience.

        Enhancing Efficiency and Intelligence

The innovation didn’t stop there. We shared details on the Bubble CRM Integrator and its groundbreaking AI-powered call transcriptions, offering partners a new level of intelligence and data capture. We also recapped WhateX, our WhatsApp business solution, and announced its new integration with Ntalk. This integration enables features like a Missed Call Auto-Responder, which automatically sends a WhatsApp message such as “Hey, I missed your call, feel free to message me back” to missed mobile callers.

We took an exclusive look at The Future of NTA and AI, a strategic roadmap dedicated to our partners. If you missed it, please contact us to learn about the game-changing developments we have planned for the future.

We concluded with two major highlights. The first was the announcement of a simplified and accelerated number porting process, now available directly through the Ntalk portal. This update saves partners valuable time by automating inputs and leveraging existing customer data.

The second update was that from 1st November 2025, all UK geographic numbers can be ported into the NTA network free of charge, with no upfront porting fees.

As number porting is often a time-consuming and frustrating task, our faster, simpler, and cost-effective solution was very well received by all partners on the day.

        Trials, Trophies, and Triumphant Revelry

The daytime sessions were complemented by high-octane Land Rover Experiences, testing the driving mettle of our partners across challenging terrain.

As the evening approached, we held our annual NTA Partner Awards, celebrating the exceptional achievements of the channel’s finest – our true champions of the year.

The formalities gave way to pure fun! The Long Gallery transformed into a great hall of entertainment featuring a collection of Retro Arcade Games and the competitive rush of a Scalextrix course. The day culminated in a late-night boogie, ensuring everyone ended the spectacular event in joyous celebration.

          Looking Ahead

The feedback has been outstanding, with partners praising the depth of product development, particularly the MobeX Suite and the time-saving porting process.

We are thrilled to have hosted another incredible NTA Connect at the Castle event, where our team and partners could truly bond, celebrate success, and look forward to a future full of collaboration and innovation. The throne awaits next year!
